IT'S NEVER TOO LATE

If you’re letting your age stop you from pursuing your dreams of entrepreneurship, don’t.
While it’s certainly impressive to be a wunderkind, age has its advantages. A study by the Founder Institute found that businesses were more likely to succeed as their founders’ age increased up until about age 40.

About 2200 years ago Archimedes stepped into his bath and exclaimed, “Eureka!”
It means “I found it.” At that moment Archimedes found a solution to a problem he had been pondering for a long time.
It was a moment of sudden discovery. The eureka effect. A moment of deep insight. It’s an epiphany which translates as “striking appearance.” In that moment a previously unsolvable problem becomes suddenly clear and obvious.
Need time for clear Vision
Life can be divided into two periods. Before you know why you are alive and after. One brainwave that turns a person into a person on a mission. Here we show the moments that turned famous people onto their missions.
The moment when we feel complete

InconvenienceGoPro founder who struggled to take a picture of himself while surfing.
Limited resources. Ikea founder could not fit a table in his small car, so he thought to take off the legs.
Pain and tragedy. Samuel Morse received a letter about his wife’s illness after she was already buried. Letters took a long time back then. He raced to see her, but it was too late. Grief-stricken, he decided to forever change how people talk to each other and invented the telegraph.
This completeness moment comes at different ages. Here are a few examples. Is it ever too late? Some entrepreneurs had them well into their fifties. Were they thinking it was never too late?
·         Steve Jobs, Apple founder – wanted a computer interface as pretty as the calligraphy on his college campus posters
·         Bill Gates, Microsoft founder – realized he needed to sell his product before he made it
·         Ingvar Kampard, Ikea founder – couldn’t fit a table in his car so he took the legs off
·         Brad Pitt, actor – saw that graduating matters less than being an actor (2 weeks before graduation)
·         Ben Silbermann, Pinterest founder – made 50 versions of the same picture grid
·         Nick Woodman, GoPro founder – went surfing and could not take pictures of himself
·         Brian Chesky, Airbnb founder – rented his air mattress and made cash
·         Sara Blakely, Spanx founder – while selling fax machines discovered slimming underwear
·         Samuel Morse, telegraph inventor – found his wife dead because her letter reached him too late
·         Jan Koum, WhatsApp founder – could not afford to call his father in Ukraine
·         Dietrich Mateschitz, RedBull founder – tried a local drink in Thailand to help with jetlag
·         Donald Fisher, Gap founder – could not find a store selling jeans that fit well
·         Chip Wilson, Lululemon founder – noticed many women do yoga, but have no special pants to wear
·         Momofuku Ando, instant noodle inventor – saw people lining up for soup on a cold day

Goals don't come in one size. Some dream big , some Others have smaller ambitions. No matter which category you fall into, don't ever stop reaching for the stars. Even if, like Stu, you miss hitting one or two of your targets, you will, if you persist, be sure to connect on another.

MY PERSONAL STORY –
I am talking about myself , I have a business plan when I was in engineering , now I am 23 + years  means nearly 24 years , still have courage because in present world most of the entrepreneurs are teen ages. still I have courage to do this even I. know I am a typical Indian girl , where marriage is first priority but when it comes to my dream , I can do anything. I also sacrificed many thing for my dream so now I have to balance my life. A entrepreneur don’t waste his/her time , so let my family think about my Love and marriage life they can take decision better than me and let me focus on my GOAL Only. My present decision as per my future dream , as if you wanna do all in the end you will end up with nothing. So my first priority is my dream , let me make it real first.
Time and age matters but when it comes to DREAM , IT’S NEVER TOO LATE.

CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE , CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.
Sometimes changing your circumstances isn’t possible – or simply not possible soon enough.  You can’t make someone else change against his or her will.  And you certainly can’t erase the past.  So what options do you have left?
Change your perception, belief or opinion about your circumstances.  Doing so will help you change your attitude and ultimately allow you to grow beyond the struggles you can’t control.
The Greek philosopher Epictetus said it perfectly more than 2,000 years ago: “People are disturbed, not by things (that happen to them), but by the principles and opinions which they form concerning (those) things.  When we are hindered, or disturbed, or grieved, let us never attribute it to others, but to ourselves; that is, to our own principles and opinions.”
So your attitude like Confidence can being miracle in your life, you will be looser if you can’t boost confidence in your skills and abilities in the workplace. Confident people tend to work more happily than those people who have less confident , low confidence means low self esteem and are unafraid to go for promotion or take on new challenges.
Tips how you can boost confidence in yourself -
No negative self-talk
You are the boss in your life , so how can you allow others to rule over you. No-one ever got better at anything by beating themselves up. Talk to yourself and make yourself better and better every day, and encourage yourself rather than ragging on yourself for making mistakes. A positive mindset will help you learn more easily, which will boost confidence.
Build on your strengths
Studies have shown that a good way to boost confidence is to focus on your strengths rather than your weaknesses. Accept what you already do well, and make an effort to refine your better qualities. It’s a great confidence boost to do something excellently rather than adequately.
Pick up new skills
Flexible people are the always winner ,those who knows how to walk with the present world they only can survive. there is always room for improvement, and learning new skills will not only enhance proficiency at your job, but will also boost confidence. Watch what other people do successfully, and don’t copy , do how you can do the same thing in better way. Attend seminars designed to help to built your inner skills and become a better worker. Pick useful skills such as time management, and productivity, or learn something new that will help specifically with your job.
Eliminate negative language
Word kills many people than wine. Sometimes the very language we use limits us. If you’re walking around all day saying “I can’t…” you’ll find that you are closing your mind to solutions that you can’t and you will end up with doing nothing. Instead of asking to yourself “I can’t” say to yourself “How could I…?” Finding effective solutions will boost confidence greatly. Many people place unnecessary limitations on themselves at work, by using the word “but” in their communication. Stop saying “but” for a while and notice how you can get more done if you make an effort, rather than making excuses.
Focus on your successes
If you always run after others dream instead of focusing on your own then you can’t end up with success . It’s difficult to boost confidence if you’re bemoaning what you don’t do well. Remind yourself of all the successful work you’ve done to boost confidence in your abilities at work. Recalling successful times at work is a better way to boost confidence instead of constantly focusing on the negatives.
Stop constantly comparing yourself to others
“Why compare yourself with others? No one in the entire world can do a better job of being you than you.” ~Unknown
We compare ourselves to others and gauge where we are based on what we observe them to be doing. If this was simply an observation, that would be one thing. But in comparing ourselves to others, we often end up judging ourselves. There’s no one worse to judge!
So, instead of training it to stop comparing altogether, why not simply redirect the comparison to a past and a present self and keep the comparison within?

It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing with their block of stone. The statue that they are liberating is one of their own intentions. But how well we are doing with our own block of stone is our business And we must tend to it with honor, care, compassion, and praise. Because when we have allowed for more expression this year than we have in the last, and more importantly we recognize it, then we can stand taller as a result of the comparison instead of diminished by it.
Find a solid support group
When focusing on confidence-building it’s important to have a group of friends, romantic partners and family that are 100 percent behind your goals. If you have anyone who is toxic to your self-improvement and will not support you, then it is important to talk with them about this. Sit down with them face to face and explain how you feel or write them a heartfelt email. If they are still not supportive, than maybe it’s in your best interest to discontinue the relationship.

Truthfully, there is so much about your fate that you can’t control, it makes no sense to neglect all the things you CAN control.  You can decide how you spend your time, whom you socialize with, whom you share your life, money and energy with.  You can pick your words and the tone of voice in which you speak to others.  You can select what you will eat, read and study every day.  You can choose how you’re going to respond to unfortunate situations when they arise, and whether you will see them as curses or opportunities for growth…
And most importantly, you can choose your attitude, which dictates pretty much everything else.

YES ! I'LL WIN ONEDAY

In today’s intensely competitive global economy, innovation has never been more important for business success. Most experts acknowledge that innovation can be the shot in the arm companies need. Yet, how do you create a company that unleashes and capitalizes on innovation?
Innovation increases the likelihood of a business succeeding, however most people don't know where to start. People often think of innovating as just invention.
Innovation does not necessary require a large budget or investment in Research and Development (R&D). It's also about new ideas and responding to new trends and market conditions, or making improvements to products and services that already exist.
In many cases, innovation may be driven by the need to solve customer problems or to pursue new opportunities. How innovation creates workable solutions for problems that matter depends on you, but here are a few suggestions for making your business more innovative:
Step out of your comfort zone
To lead to successful innovation, you’ll have to embrace the unknown , you have to taste the failure and overcome the fear of criticism . Business leaders who operate both personal and professional life , they use their own trick to make it stable , but before you become successful you should know how to get out from comfort zones and take the risk.
How do you start stepping out of your comfort zone?
First, take small steps away from what’s familiar and into areas that are not so recognizable. Take new risk to explore something new
Connecting with customers for ideas
·         While there are no sure-fire way to guarantee success in creating great ideas, one of the best ways is to listen to your customers.
·         Connecting and listening to your customers can assist in emphasising and generating ideas on how both product and service delivery can be improved.
Connecting with customers may include:-
·         conducting a market scan to better understand the environment in which your business is operating in, including an analysis of your competitors
·         understanding the importance of marketing and branding for your business
·         offering your customers channels in which to easily provide you feedback on your products and services
·         conducting market research to better understand how your customers use your products and services.
·         Creating an online strategy or one that extends into social media may be a way to collect valuable ideas and connect with your customers. A focus on both product and service delivery is vital as they are equally important in innovation.
·         Be open to the feedback, and take decisive action based on what you’ve learned.
Condone—and, oftentimes, reward—failure
You do not start the day intent on steering your company toward failure. Yet, innovation’s occupational hazard is characterized by failure, which is why creating and supporting a culture of successful innovation requires courage. On top of that, patience is needed because your business may not see immediate results. Once courage and patience are in place, you must condone – and sometimes reward – failure. All three foundational elements are part of your company’s culture of successful innovation.
Consider your own company’s efforts when it comes to creating and supporting a culture of successful innovation. If your company is small and nimble, a lack of resources might hold you back from creating a culture of successful innovation.  Gainesville-based Fracture has limited resources, yet its leadership and employees find creative ways to infuse innovation into the company’s product line and business processes. Fracture owes its continued growth and success to creating and supporting a culture of successful innovation.
Conversely, your company might be big and bureaucratic, with plenty of available resources. Change occurs slowly at this company, and often with limited success, because adapting a culture of innovation can be unwieldy and untenable. Yet, big and bureaucratic companies can, and do, foster a culture of successful innovation. Verizon placed big bets on Google’s Android for smartphones and on fiber optics for landlines.  The company continues to seek new ways for wireless networks to run everything, including cars and refrigerators. That’s because Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam sees small “pots of gold” – from product innovations to process innovations – throughout the company.
Fortune follows the brave, at least in theory. What happens in real life with innovation depends on the courage and patience of business leaders. That’s because successful innovation often results after small – and sometimes large – setbacks occur.  Determined innovators persist in spite of failures; yet, persistence often leads to winning outcomes for companies willing to exercise courage and patience. Failure is not the desired outcome in business, yet successful innovation calls for lots of small, timely missteps.
Balance creativity & imagination with operating structure & business process
Before achieving this balance, companies must take an important step on the path to achieving successful innovation. That critical step is to marry solvable problems with workable solutions. It is in our nature to be creative, and our imagination is poised to run wild – if only we let it – to arrive at possible solutions. Some of us (engineers, take a bow) are adept at solving problems with pragmatic solutions, which is great because workable solutions springboard successful innovation. Given that most of us are creatures of habit who crave structure, it is no secret that processes rule the day in the land of business. The innovation process, then, balances what is natural for us to do with how we prefer to operate.
This is exactly the case with innovative companies like Apple and IDEO. Apple’s genius lies in the company’s ability to arrive swiftly and correctly at the crux of a pressing problem. Then, Apple being Apple, it refuses to settle for half-baked solutions; its employees find – in the words of the late Steve Jobs – “beautiful, elegant solutions that work.”
The design firm IDEO’s ingenuity is on par with Apple. IDEO conducts brainstorming sessions in which it requires participants to produce scores of ideas in mere minutes. This impossible time limit and audacious quota forces participants to submit top-of-mind thoughts and ideas, including “way-out-there” ideas. IDEO then subjects the brainstorming’s outcomes to detailed scrutiny and exhaustive evaluation.
The key to successful innovation is to “toggle” back and forth between problems identified and solutions proposed. Doing so allows the innovation process to move forward in producing solid outcomes. Along the way, it is important to commit to the testing of product prototypes; forget about perfection and beauty, just build something ugly, but functional. Use IDEO’s three “R’s” to guide your prototyping efforts: rough;  rapid; and right. Or, in today’s parlance: “wash; rinse; and repeat.”
Balancing creativity and imagination with operating structure and business processes can be achieved. An innovation culture and solid operating processes can happily coexist within your company. It just takes stepping outside of your comfort zone to get there. Doing so is proof positive of the valuable outcomes that can occur when you focus on making your business more innovative.
1. Individual innovation
The first kind of innovative culture is one built around the continual innovation of its individual stakeholders. This is perhaps what you or I think of when we envision dreaming up a new invention or process that will turn an industry on its ear and make us a billion dollars. It's also the easiest type of innovation culture to build in a larger organization.
"It's exactly as it sounds--you build a corporate culture where anyone can suggest an idea and start a project," Blank said. "Some companies use a suggestion box. Others like Google give employees 20 percent of their time to work on their own projects."
It's a good environment for innovation, Blank said, but not a great one.
2. Process improvement
This kind of innovative culture feels a little more corporate, and a little more familiar. Companies introduce new versions of products and services, tweaking each time to make them better or more lucrative.
"Car companies introduce new models each year, running shoes grow ever lighter and more flexible, Coca-Cola offers a new version of Coke. Smart companies are always looking to make their current products better--and there are many ways to do this," Blank said. "These innovations do not require change in a company's existing business model. This is what companies typically do to secure and defend their core business."
Like individual innovation, however, this is what good companies do--not great ones.
3. Continuous innovation
Now we're getting to the harder cultures to create. A culture of continuous innovation requires a company to create new elements in its business model.
"For example, Coke added snack foods, which could be distributed through its existing distribution channels," Blank suggested, and, "The Amazon Kindle played on Amazon's strengths as a distributor of content but required developing expertise in electronics and manufacturing."
If you can build a culture of continuous innovation, Blank suggested, you've reached the ranks of the great companies. But there's one level higher.
4. Disruptive innovation
Disruptive innovation is the hardest kind of culture to build within an organization, precisely because disruptive innovation can upset the organization's advantages. That's why it's usually the purview of startups, who have nothing to lose as a result of progress, and everything to gain.
"It's the automobile in the 1910s, radio in the 1920s, television in the 1950s, the integrated circuit in the 1960s, the fax machine in the 1970s, personal computers in the 1980s, the Internet in the 1990s, and the Smartphone, human genome sequencing, and even fracking in this decade," according to Blank.
The most extraordinarily innovative organizations, according to Blank, are those that shepherd disruptive innovations, and do it over and over and over again.
ONE IDEA CAN CHANGE YOUR WHOLE LIFE

If Steve Jobs ever thought that he is very poor and he has no power to bring any change in his life then he couldn’t be CEO of APPLE , LOVE THIS QUOTE “BORN FOOL AND POOR IS NT YOUR MISTAKE BUT DIE AS A FOOL AND POOR IS YOUR MISTAKE” Which is most branded company presently in World . If he can’t even he has neither money nor qualification still he could then why you can’t.

MY PAPA ALWAYS SAY ME ONE THING – “NEVER LET OTHERS TO DOWN YOU , MAKE YOUR OWN IDENTITY . YOUR IDENTITY SHOULD NOT YOUR FAMILY BACKGROUND OR HOW MUCH MONEY YOUR PARENTS GET OR PROFIT YOU HAVE OR WHO IS YOUR BOY FRIEND OR HUSBAND . YOUR IDENTITY SHOULD BE “WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU'LL CHOOSE LESS FOR YOU , CHOSE THE BEST ONE FOR YOU AND MOVE AS PER THAT. BE PROUD ON THAT .” That’s why my family background is Land lord family background ,still my papa make his own identity. If needed he can drop out his college life and start his own business like many business man in India , many businessman are not highly educated but have better knowledge than a commerce student. So proud to be yourself and what you are doing , so I am proud what I gonna do and what I AM. I DESERVE BEST .

I have faith that “IF I’LL BE WORK HARD I CAN BE LIKE STEVE JOBS SO WHY I THINK LESS ABOUT ME .” I’ll never give up , I may be a woman but strong as a man . I can do anything and no one can protect me to do that. I born to win and I know what I sacrifice for that.

I’LL WIN ONE DAY AND I AM NOT WEAK , I AM CAPABLE.

LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO SPEND TIME ON WHAT OTHER WILL THINK

‘Life is too short to waste time in thinking and doing things as per people and world. You born alone even will leave alone so no need to follow everyone and every words delivered by everyone.” (Personal Life quote)

You can do whatever you want for as long as you continue to believe that it’s true and it will be. When you start redesigning yourself to “this is what I have to do” or “this is what I have to be” that’s when you’re done. So start doing now what you are planning to do in future.

I heard many times people say me like “They can’t do this or people suggest them to do this or They are unfit as till now nobody tried to do this” blew?
Do you think that your words really make any sense?

Who told you can’t do this – if Abram Lincoln , Albert Einstein can then why you can’t , they also failed and people also say many thing about them but they didn’t so why you ?

I am saying about me – there was a time some of my family members suggest me some career as per girl concern but I was unfit for that as I don’t like boring life so I gave up , at first they also angry upon me as I rarely listen others , when I was in school I stood first throughout academic so my friends call me “I remember everything and I don’t have brain at all -like this many more rumors were spread , as I don’t use my mind in nonsense things where I feel I shouldn’t use my mind more there” that’s why I got schlorship thrice , When I was In engineering college my friends say I can’t do anything as I don’t like to communicate and participate but I didn’t as I don’t want conflict and use mind in any politics BUT I WAS WRONG THERE, I SHOULD but this doesn’t mean I gave up - that’s why I joined NGO and start working for others and now also like wise people says many thing but one thing I marked –onetime will come nobody will remember what they told , like now those of my relatives has forgotten what girlish career they suggest me as they are so busy in their life and my friends after school and college life I rarely meet with them even they are also busy in their life so why they will think about me , like wise one day will come you’ll feel that – “NOBODY REALLY MATTERS , SO STOP TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYONE AND START DOING WORK , WHAT YOU LOVE MOST OR WANNA DO IN YOUR LIFE. YOU CAME ALONE AND WILL LEAVE ALONE, SO THERE IS NO REASON TO FOLLOW THE CROWD IN YOUR MIDDLE PERIOD.”
No one cares about you as much as you think they do.  Turns out, we humans are pretty self-centered creatures and everyone’s kind of wrapped up in their own stuff, and they really don’t have all that much time to devote to thinking about what you’re doing.  All that time you’re spending agonizing over what so and so thought of that thing you said, and she’s actually worrying about a work presentation or anything else .  Unless someone actually tells you they’re bothered by something you’ve done, you can rest easy that no one really cares that much-BITTER TRUTH. Even I realized one true fact – In past what makes me frightened, those thing had no power to down me as these were nothing and they don’t play major role in future. No words has power to down you and nobody has, if you have guts to rise above all odds. Now I wants to thanks my problematic life – which taught me many life lessons , may be one day I’ll achieve like Abram Lincoln  - my idol , I take him as my idol as he is a great loser even achiever in human history . That’s why I never quit my dream and my enthusiasm to flourish myself for others.
Your achievements maximize Net Happiness over Lifetime.
Life is literally the longest thing we will ever experience, it isn't about morality. It's life philosophy on having fulfilling life. So art doing what you love most – give wings to your Talents, passions and dreams and then pursue them.
"Everything was impossible until somebody did It." is one of my favorite quotes. My dream is to help people find what they really love and help them build a career around the work only they are capable of doing , as what I missed in my past life and make me a failure person I don’t want other also follow the same that’s the reason one day I wanna be  career coach.

I love this new add – The interviewer ask a question to a guy “where you wants to see yourself after 5 years” – he told “I wants to see myself playing guitar , painting etc.” – ADD END UP WITH -DO WHAT YOU LOVE , it means passion is important but never forget to live your life which make you happy even productive too , when you are happy from inside then you can do any kind of job easily , even you have talent and good knowledge – if you always in stress then you can’t do anything perfectly.

Life is shorter than we think. Make every day count towards being the real you and towards making a contribution to the world only you can make.

WHEN PEOPLE ASK ME “WHAT I WANNA DO IN MY LIFE” I ALWAYS GAVE THEM ONE ANSWER - I WANNA BE EVERYTHING.

WRITING
Now I am simply a blogger OR can say blog writer, My dream is to be a writer having own novel. I have written near about 20 stories but problem is that I don’t have so much fund to do marketing after printing my book as book publish need more money and I don’t have at all , that’s why I wanna be self-independent first after that I can do anything by utilizing my money.
Whenever I tell about my writing - people start laugh at me as they think I am poor in English just because I can’t have so much knowledge in vocabulary - Yes , I agree with this fact as I was belongs to state board medium but it doesn’t mean I am so poor . If I can handle 10 blogs, why I can’t write. In my blog , all most all were my own writing. I write in simple words, that’s I know. I am trying to modify my English in better version.

PAINTING
I love to paint and sketch .I have a dream to do a real looks painting even I have faith on myself I can if I give my little effort there.

MAKE NEW FRIENDS FROM WORLD WIDE
I love to make friends with new people. I may not get more scope but whenever I get I try my best. The great thing about doing what you want to do is that you’re more likely to meet other people who also like doing it.

TRY TO BE A BETTER PERSON AND CONTRIBUTE MYSELF FOR SOCIETY
I wanna do something for society, I already have many experience working in NGOS and wanna continue my work after my MBA graduation too. Careers may be different but dream is one J
(ABOUT MY PASSION AND DREAM – IT’S SECRET UNTIL I DO IT IN REAL LIFE. WHAT I LEARNT FROM MY PAST LIFE, NEVER SAY OR DISCLOSE YOUR DREAM BEFORE OTHERS, KEEP IT WITH YOU UNTIL YOU MAKE IT REAL.)
I spent most of my early life being something of a people pleaser.  Yes, it’s nice to have other people like you, but it’s also a really easy and convenient way to go through life, because you never have to make any choices, you just let other people dictate what you’ll do.  It’s easy, but it’s also not particularly satisfying when you wanna do one thing and end up with do nothing.  It’s honestly way harder to figure out what you want to do and start doing it, because it forces you to think about who you are and what you want, and have actual reasons for your choices instead of deferring to others. The only authority other people have over you is the authority you’re giving them, so stop.  You’re in control of your own life, so embrace that, rather than letting others’ opinions dictate your actions.
You’ll have to have accountability for your actions, rather than making the excuse of “Well, I only did it because so-and so would have been mad if I didn’t.” Sure, you may still do something because it’ll make your parents or friends or someone else happy, but in that case it’s because you’ve chosen to make your relationship with that person a priority and are thus acting according to their wishes, rather than just doing something because someone will think about you a certain way.
I really believe there are few things more liberating than deciding not to care what other people think, so try it.
START LIVING YOUR LIFE WITH SUCCESS AND JOY NOT WITH FEAR AND FAILURE. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE .I BELIEVE ONE DAY I’LL MAKE MY DREAM TRUE WITHIN ALL ODDS , I KNOW WHAT I FACED IN PAST EVEN I KNOW I GONNA FACE MORE WORST TOO , STILL I AM BRAVE ENOUGH TO FOLLOW MY DREAM. AS IT WORST FOLLOWING AND ONE DAY IT’LL MAKE MY LIFE MEANINGFUL.
