FAILED MANY TIMES STILL CREATE A HISTORY

Have you ever wondered how Einstein, the founder of relativity, spent his life leading up to and following his world-changing discoveries? Founders And Funders have created an infographic that explores How Einstein Started and details his legendary life. In the early years of his life and even into his teenage years, young Albert Einstein was often considered a slow learner and was even told that he would never succeed, a comment that would later undoubtedly add to his decision to drop out of school. After dropping his German citizenship and continuing to fail his college entrance exams, Einstein finally gets into a college after a year and at the age of 16 conducts his first thought experiment. Still, when he finally graduated from college at the age of 21 he was placed at the bottom of his class and was the only pupil to not receive a job offer. Yet, just five years later he would discover that light is a particle and a wave at the same time and concoct the most famous equation in history: E=mc2. Sounds confusing doesn’t it? How can such a brilliant man fail repeatedly and still become one of the most famous scientists in history? Take a look at Einstein’s entire inspiring timeline below!

During the autumn of 1907, Albert Einstein worked under pressure. He had been invited to deliver the definitive review of his theory of relativity to the Yearbook of Electronics and Radioactivity. It was a tall order, to summarize such an important piece of work at such short notice, especially since he could do so only in his spare time. From 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, Einstein could be found working at the Bern Federal Office for Intellectual Property in the newly built Postal and Telegraph Building, where he would meticulously pore over plans for newfangled electrical contraptions and figure out if there was any merit in them. Einstein’s boss had advised him, “When you pick up an application, think that everything the inventor says is wrong,” and he took his advice to heart. For much of the day, the notes and calculations for his own theories and discoveries had to be relegated to the second drawer of his desk, which he referred to as his “theoretical physics department.”
Einstein’s review would recap his triumphant marriage of the old mechanics of Galileo Galilei and Isaac Newton with the new electricity and magnetism of Michael Faraday and James Clerk Maxwell. It would explain much of the weirdness that Einstein had uncovered a few years before, such as how clocks would run more slowly when moving, or how objects would shrink if they were speeding ahead. It would explain his strange and magical formula that showed how mass and energy were interchangeable, and that nothing could move faster than the speed of light. His review of his principle of relativity would describe how almost all of physics should be governed by a new common set of rules.
In 1905, over a period of just a few months, Einstein had written a string of papers that were already transforming physics. In that inspired burst he had pointed out that light behaves like bundles of energy, much like particles of matter. He had also shown that the jittery, chaotic paths of pollen and dust careening through a dish of water could arise from the turmoil of water molecules, vibrating and bouncing off one another. And he had tackled a problem that had been plaguing physicists for almost half a century: how the laws of physics seem to behave differently depending on how you look at them. He had brought them together with his principle of relativity.
All these discoveries were a staggering achievement, and Einstein had made them all while working as a lowly patent expert at the Swiss patent office in Bern, sifting through the scientific and technological developments of the day. In 1907, he was still there, having yet to move into the august academic world that seemed to elude him. In fact, for someone who had just rewritten some of the fundamental rules of physics, Einstein was thoroughly undistinguished. Throughout his unimpressive academic studies at the Polytechnic Institute in Zurich, Einstein skipped classes that didn’t interest him and antagonized the very people who could nurture his genius. One of his professors told him, “You are a very clever boy . . . But you have one great fault: you’ll never let yourself be told anything.” When Einstein’s supervisor prevented him from working on a topic of his own choice, Einstein handed in a lackluster final essay, lowering his grade to a point where he was unable to secure a post as an assistant at any of the universities to which he had applied.
From his graduation in 1900 until he finally landed his job in the patent office in 1902, Einstein’s career was a sequence of failures. To compound his frustration, the doctoral thesis he submitted to the University of Zurich in 1901 was rejected a year later. In his submission, Einstein had set about to demolish some of the ideas put forward by Ludwig Boltzmann, one of the great theoretical physicists of the end of the nineteenth century. Einstein’s iconoclasm had not gone over well. It wasn’t until 1905, when he submitted one of his magical papers, “A New Determination of Molecular Dimensions,” that he finally obtained his doctorate. The degree, a newly diplomatic Einstein discovered, “considerably facilitates relations with people.”
While Einstein struggled, his friend Marcel Grossmann was on the fast track to becoming an august professor. Well organized, studious, and beloved by his teachers, it was Grossmann who had saved Einstein from going off the rails by keeping detailed, immaculate notebooks of the lecture courses. Grossmann became close friends with Einstein and Einstein’s future wife, Mileva Marić, while they studied together in Zurich, and all three graduated in the same year. Unlike Einstein’s, Grossmann’s career had progressed smoothly from then on. He had been appointed as an assistant in Zurich and in 1902 had obtained his doctorate. After a short stint teaching in high schools, Grossmann had become a professor of descriptive geometry at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule, known as the ETH, in Zurich. Einstein had failed to even get an appointment as a schoolteacher. It was only through the recommendation of Grossmann’s father to an acquaintance, the head of the patent office in Bern, that Einstein had finally secured a job as a patent expert.
Einstein’s job in the patent office was a blessing. After years of financial instability and depending on his father for an income, he was finally able to marry Mileva and begin to raise a family in Bern. The relative monotony of the patent office, with its clearly defined tasks and lack of distractions, seemed to be an ideal setting for Einstein to think things through. His assigned work took only a few hours to complete each day, leaving him time to focus on his puzzles. Sitting at his small wooden desk with only a few books and the papers from his “theoretical physics department,” he would perform experiments in his head. In these thought experiments (gedankenexperimenten as he called them in German) he would imagine situations and constructions in which he could explore physical laws to find out what they might do to the real world. In the absence of a real lab, he would play out carefully crafted games in his head, enacting events that he would scrutinize in detail. With the results of these experiments, Einstein knew just enough mathematics to be able to put his ideas to paper, creating exquisitely crafted jewels that would ultimately change the direction of physics.
His employers at the patent office were pleased with Einstein’s work and promoted him to Expert II Class, yet they remained oblivious to his growing reputation. Einstein was still working on a daily quota of patents in 1907 when the German physicist Johannes Stark commissioned Einstein to write his review “On the Relativity Principle and the Conclusions Drawn From It.” He was given two months to write it, and in those two months Einstein realized that his principle of relativity was incomplete. It would need a thorough overhaul if it was to be truly general.
The article in the Yearbook was to be a summary of Einstein’s original principle of relativity. This principle states that the laws of physics should look the same in anyinertial frame of reference. The basic idea behind the principle was not new and had been around for centuries.
The laws of physics and mechanics are rules for how things move, speed up, or slow down when subjected to forces. In the seventeenth century, the English physicist and mathematician Isaac Newton laid out a set of laws for how objects respond to mechanical forces. His laws of motion consistently explain what happens when two billiard balls collide, or when a bullet is fired out of a gun, or when a ball is thrown up in the air.
An inertial frame of reference is one that moves at a constant velocity. If you’re reading this in a stationary spot, like a cozy chair in your den or a table in a café, you’re in an inertial frame. Another classic example is a smoothly moving fast train with the windows closed. If you’re sitting inside it, once the train gets up to speed there’s no way to know you’re moving. In principle, it should be impossible to tell the difference between two inertial frames even if one is moving at a high speed and the other is at rest. If you do an experiment in one inertial frame measuring the forces acting on an object, you should get the same result as in any other inertial frame. The laws of physics are identical, regardless of the frame.
The nineteenth century brought a completely new set of laws that wove together two fundamental forces: electricity and magnetism. At first glance, electricity and magnetism appear to be two separate phenomena. We see electricity in the lights in our home or lightning in the sky, and magnetism in the magnets stuck to our fridge or the way the North Pole draws a compass. The Scottish physicist James Clerk Maxwell showed that these two forces could be seen as different manifestations of one underlying force, electromagnetism, and that how they are perceived depends on how an observer is moving. A person sitting next to a bar magnet would experience magnetism but no electricity. But a person whizzing by would experience not only the magnetism but also a modicum of electricity. Maxwell unified the two forces into one that remains equivalent regardless of an observer’s position or speed.
If you try to combine Newton’s laws of motion with Maxwell’s laws for electromagnetism, troubles arise. If the world indeed obeys both of these sets of laws, it is possible, in principle, to construct an instrument out of magnets, wires, and pulleys that will not sense any force in one inertial frame but can register a force in another inertial frame, violating the rule that inertial frames should be indistinguishable from one another. Newton’s laws and Maxwell’s laws thus appear inconsistent with each other. Einstein wanted to fix these “asymmetries” in the laws of physics.
In the years leading up to his 1905 papers, Einstein devised his concise principle of relativity through a series of thought experiments aimed at solving this problem. His mental tinkering culminated in two postulates. The first was simply a restatement of the principle: The laws of physics must look the same in any inertial frame. The second postulate was more radical: In any inertial frame, the speed of light always has the same value and is 299,792 kilometers per second. These postulates could be used to adjust Newton’s laws of motion and mechanics so that when they were combined with Maxwell’s laws of electromagnetism, inertial frames remained completely indistinguishable. Einstein’s new principle of relativity also led to some startling results.
The latter postulate required some adjustments to Newton’s laws. In the classic Newtonian universe, speed is additive. Light emitted from the front of a speeding train moves faster than light coming from a stationary source. In Einstein’s universe, this is no longer the case. Instead, there is a cosmic speed limit set at 299,792 kilometers per second. Even the most powerful rocket would be unable to break that speed barrier. But then odd things happen. So, for example, someone traveling on a train moving at close to the speed of light will age more slowly when observed by someone sitting at a station platform, watching the train go by. And the train itself will look shorter when it is moving than when it is sitting still. Time dilates and space contracts. These strange phenomena are signs that something much deeper is going on: in the world of relativity, time and space are intertwined and interchangeable.
With his principle of relativity, Einstein seemed to have simplified physics, albeit with strange consequences. But in the autumn of 1907, as Einstein set out to write the review, he had to admit that while his theory seemed to work well, it wasn’t yet complete. Newton’s theory of gravity didn’t fit into his picture of relativity.
Before Albert Einstein came along, Isaac Newton was like a god in the world of physics. Newton’s work was held up as the most stunning success of modern thought. In the late seventeenth century, he had unified the force of gravity acting on the very small and the very large alike in one simple equation. It could explain the cosmos as well as everyday life.

A ROAD MAP TO YOUR BUSINESS

Many people suffer from being rational dreamers. They want to achieve a big dream but hold themselves back by being risk averse. They don't want to disrupt the status and play things safe.

How you can start a new business when you are new to a business field and you don’t have any hereditary supports, at that time what you will do –

1)Apply Trial and error methods -Business success happens largely through trial and error. And that's where a road map comes in handy

2)  Make a future B-plan as per market and demand of the customers.
3) Approach goal setting like creating a customized road map to chart your success. Think about when you take a really long road trip with your friends. Most often, you start off knowing the destination, but since road trips can be fairly long, making pit stops along the way is necessary.
4) You’re meeting smaller, more immediate goals that build on your efforts to reach the final destination.
5) Create a personalized road map for arriving at your desired destination by setting the following types of goals: immediate, intermediate and stretch goals.
If your path is like ordinary then there is less chance to get success in bigger platform but if you do the same thing in extraordinary way then u may reach at your destination in perfect time, here’s how it will proceed:
·   You'll start out with a personal road map, and when you find your passion in your personal road map your journey become more easier , that’s why a successful take that as passion in which field he/she strong, as per that you'll develop a business road map.
·      You'll plant seeds to achieve your personal goals and see which ones grow. When you find one that does, you'll chart a course to follow that growth.
·   Should that growth become a passion, and a business, you'll then plant more seeds (typically, more calculated ones) within your business, to see which ones work. This is the start of your business road map.
Don’t be afraid to aim high. No one can reach at their primary goal in a short time. In your business, production, marketing, sales and other departments will have to establish their responsibilities. Budgets will need to be created and adjusted. Products and services will need to be developed. Sales will need to be made, and orders fulfilled.
All these activities are badly necessary to reach your goal. You’ll want to focus on the pieces of the journey as you build your road map, not just the end goal or the quickest way to get from point A to B.
All steps will go as planned. Each new goal will become your next mountain to climb as you travel the road to your final goal.
So, start by defining your passions and goals, and you’ll already have the makings of a definitive plan. And don’t be afraid to give it 100 percent. Once you have set an intention and a goal, don’t just dream about it, attack it.
Keeping your road clear
Before think about journey first make sure , which road you are choosing for travelling , There’s a fine balance between retaining products that fit your market and stubbornly trying to hold on to ideas, products or marketing strategies that are not attracting a significant target market.
Sometimes you can pound a market, but the product will still not work.
That’s why here there is step-by-step list of how to get where you're going in business. It's worked well for me:
1.  Plant seeds and constantly observe your garden, looking for growth opportunities and pockets of passion.
2.  Network (Target people and market)
3.  Set an intention and write it down , make a B-PLAN.
4.  Network (Target people and market)
5.  Research and Learn the business thoroughly through classes, internships, seminars, books, networking, etc.
6.  Network. (Target people and market)
7.  Take a business personality as your mentor and follow their foot print , Work for someone else first, and keep learning.
8.  Network. (Target people and market)
9.  Conduct due diligence on product-market fit prior to writing a business plan.
10.       Network. (Target people and market)
11.       Find talent, steal talent and keep that talent happy.
12.       Network. (Target people and market)
13.       Talk to your customers consistently to capture feedback.
14.       Network. (Target people and market)
There's no straight line or shortcut line to get success easily And success is never linear, sometimes it becomes very challenging and pleasure and sometimes it makes your life miserable too , it’s your choice how to see yourself in future – SHORT TERM PLEASURE OR LONG TERM SUCCESS.
Consider these stories of well-known pivots in which companies changed in order to grow:
·         Flickr was a role-playing gaming site for several years before emerging as the now-popular photo-sharing social media site.
·         Apple started out selling computer kits to kids before making its own computers and emerging as a $700 billion business.
·         Lego started by making wooden ducks. A few years after a fire burned down its factory, management switched to plastic toys, and what emerged? The interlocking bricks that spawned a multibillion-dollar business, which today encompasses TV shows, movies, creation contests and more.
·         Nokia began as a paper mill and expanded into rubber goods before moving to electronics, and eventually mobile phones.
·         Avon was started by a door-to-door book salesperson who gave away free samples of perfume. The perfume got better reviews than the books, so he did a pivot and dumped the books in favor of starting the California Perfume Company, a precursor of Avon.

PS:- Here some ideas are mine , some I collect from different sites . I believe if there is a will there is a way . there is no shortcut to get something but yes ! which path you have chosen , who are your companies are matter most. Indian culture says – if a girl talk with boys , means it’s Love or flirting But western business culture says it’s way to communicate to get the things done , I LOVE TO FOLLOW WESTERN CULTURE SPECIALLY TO MAKE MY DREAMS TRUE. I don’t care abt gender , I always look after talent , I am also not saying I am a saint but I believe in loving one person at one time J no doubt I am single but  I believe everything has a perfect time and God has made one perfect person for each and everyone's life , when time'll come u'll gotta know J but when it comes to my dream and career , I am more competitive and more enthusiastic.  So here I wanna say , don’t be shy , when you are a girl or women - dream high like to become a successful entrepreneur , Look at the world and believe good people still exists because I am saying – my all past life experience (school to 12th board) was quit good anyone can judge my past life too even ask any of my friend except my engineering career (Little disturbance period in my whole 23 years of life) but after coming to SRI SRI UNIVERSITY  , I don’t know but here I am feeling good already completed 23 days , don’t know about future but I wanna live in present moment and I feel like my life will be like this even after 2 years . STAY POSITIVE, as here people are more ethical J

DISAGREE WITHOUT HATE

In this competitive and corporate world, you will find less people who really agree with you in any matter as all are wise and no one really cares about your success as we all are busy in developing ourselves and our business, then in this situation -How do you feel when someone disagrees with you or your ideas ?
Do you feel attacked or offended?
Does your posture change?
Do you immediately feel the urge to respond and prove that you are right, or do you want to withdraw?
How do you feel when someone not only disagrees with you and trying to blaming you in negative sense or try to reject your ideas or try to down you through rejection, and also makes negative or derogatory comments about your position?
When people disagree with our thinking, our natural tendency is to become defensive, often causing destructive results to people on both sides of the issue. Do you think become angry and being reactive can solve your problem , No ! not at all , I am saying because I am a well experienced person , I know what happened with me in past . My spontaneous reaction often down my image and sometimes it also create huge problems in my life , sometimes I mistreated due to this too whereas I don’t mean anything , I always try to reduce my problem through TRUTH. One of the skills we should all strive to master in our personal and professional lives is how to properly handle ourselves when we disagree with another person.
Disagree With Respect and Consideration
It’s not necessary that we all should agree with everyone else, When it is necessary to disagree, you should always consider how the other person is going to feel and address the situation with respect and humility. When you are thoughtful in the way in which you disagree, you enjoy the following benefits:
·         People will be more open to your point of view.
·         People will start listening to you
·         People’s respect for you will grow.
·         People will be more willing to share their opinions in the future and support what you do.
·         You will appear more professional and mature.
·         You will feel better about yourself and your image will be like previous.
·         Your emotions are less likely to turn negative.
·         You will have more productive conversations.

On the other hand, when you lack humility and fail to show respect when expressing your disagreement, you will likely experience the following consequences:
·         You offend and hurt others.
·         You will be viewed as being egotistical.
·         You run the risk of damaging a relationship.
·         If you end up being wrong, you appear stupid or uninformed.
·         You’ll be mistreated and people will misinterpret you and your ideas too.
·         If you truly care for others, you end up feeling bad and later apologizing.
·         Your attitude will turn negative because your emotions are negative
·         People will be less supportive of your ideas, decisions, and points of view.
·         You’ll gain more enemies instead of friends.
·         Which is the reason of your serious downfall.

Pick Your Battles Wisely
Do not dispute things that aren’t truly important to you.
Always stay focused on the problem, not the person.
Ask yourself: Is it kind? Is it true? Is it necessary?
“Does it really matter? Do I need to point out why I think the other person is wrong?” If so, “What do I hope to accomplish?”
How will allowing this to degenerate to the two of us picking apart each other's personal values and beliefs or physical/personality features solve the issue itself? (It won't.).I have discovered that 90 percent of the time I disagree with someone, the upside of debating the issue is not worth the downside.
Seek to Understand
If the subject is one that is important, here’s what I have found works best. Before stating your position, ask questions with a tone of respect, humility, and genuine desire to learn how the other person reached his or her conclusion. When someone makes a statement that you do not agree with, there are various ways to express your dissent. Almost yelling out "You're SO wrong" isn't a good one. Neither is making it seem that your option is the only one, such as saying "that's a no-brainer".
Here are some examples:
·         Why do you feel that way?
·         How did you reach that conclusion?
·         How do you feel about…(something they may not have considered).
·         Have you thought about…(something they may not have considered).
·         How would you handle…(something that may go wrong).

By asking questions with the sincere desire to understand the other person’s point of view, you will enjoy these benefits:
Always try to understand why and how the person drew the conclusion that you disagree with. You might find that they've experienced things that you did not, and that those experiences can shed light on your own beliefs. Asking open questions and listening actively will be the best possible way to find out what they know and it can give both of you a breather from any current disagreement. If you end up still disagreeing after having discussed the subject, handle yourself with dignity and class. We are as different on the inside as we look on the outside. We all have different life experiences that cause us to view situations differently. And always remember, that what may be logical to you may not be logical to others.
Just because we may think we are right, does not necessarily mean the other person is wrong. There have been many times when I was convinced I was right, later to learn I was wrong.
Also keep in mind that disagreeing can take on many different forms. In addition to heated discussions or arguments, it could be as simple as giving people feedback on something they’ve done, ignoring a point they have made, or even showing disapproval through your body language.
Let me also encourage you to avoid expressing your disagreement through email or text messages. If you value your relationships, discuss opposing points of view in person. If that is not possible, then discuss them over the phone.
Experience vary from person to person but you can’t judge someone’s present through their past but yes! You can conclude their inborn quality and personality.
·         You will understand how the other person reached his or her decision.
·         You may change your opinion, based on the new information.
·         The other person may realize his or her position is flawed without you ever having to express your disagreement.
·         The questions may help both of you reach a conclusion different than what each of you originally thought.
·         You will be able to discuss the subject without anyone feeling defensive.

Be little bit wise

If the discussion drags on in a stalemate of sorts, it's probably better to move onto to talking about something that you do agree on If you push too hard, the other person may end up disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing, just to avoid being "swallowed up" by your will and to defend their own sense of self. The answer to this includes:
Be tactful and diplomatic. Know when it's best to sidestep or give the issue a break than to keep pummeling it.
The next time you find yourself disagreeing with another person, ask, “Is this subject important to me?” If it is, ask questions with a genuine desire to understand the other person’s position. If you can’t reach an agreement, then be proud of the way you handle yourself.

PS :- I AM THE MOST CONTROVERSIAL AND MISUNDERSTOOD PERSONALITY (my astrology also say same thing - check in WIKIPEDIA - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shatabhisha), EVERYONE HAS PAST AND EVERYONE LEARN FROM THEIR PAST EVEN I TOO. WHAT MISTAKES I MADE YESTERDAY, I AM TRYING NOT TO REPEAT SAME AGAIN AND AGAIN , OTHERWISE NO GOD CAN SAVE ME . WHAT MISTAKES I MADE I WROTE IN BLOG SO THAT OTHERS WILL NOT REPEAT SAME AND FACE PROBLEM LIKE ME.

HOW TO COPE STRESS BEING AN ENTREPRENEUR

Can You Cope With the Stress of Being An Entrepreneur?
Being an entrepreneur is not easy but it’s quit fun and interesting too. An entrepreneur always required to be sticking with the action, taking new challenges, accept new change in life or career and a good learner. It easy to write about an entrepreneur but very difficult to keep yourself there.
There are many powerful ways in which you can combat your problems and stay focused and sharp through your crazy, demanding schedules.
Growing a business is similar to a high-speed roller coaster, it has ups, downs, twists, and turns. sometimes you just feel like to give up still you are attach with your goal and once the roller coaster ends, you’re itching to hop on the next exhilarating ride.
An entrepreneur’s journey is not like a fairy tales, which often inspires others to take the risk and follow a similar path— just look at the lives of Richard Branson, Elon Musk, Bill Gates and the late Steve Jobs.
The facts
What motivate someone to become an entrepreneur.
According to a 2014 Stress in America study of 3,068 adults age 18 and over by the American Psychological Association (APA), stress is prevalent among Americans. Of the respondents, money was the most commonly reported stress factor.
If you’re an entrepreneur, you’ve already accepted the fact that stress is part of the job. But truth is most of the entrepreneurs have a higher rate of mental health problems. Unfortunately, your issues aren’t going to magically disappear and as leader it’s vital you maintain your health for the benefit of yourself and your business. So it’s a biggest deal how to maintain a healthy and well-balanced life.
A survey showed that 90 percent of top performers know how to manage their emotions in times of stress so that they remain cool, calm, and able to do what needs to be done.
That’s an important lesson in and of itself for all of us - because all of us experience stress in our lives. Research has shown that some stress is good for us: it helps us perform at optimal levels. Too much stress, however, can have serious psychological and physiological repercussions and now a days it’s become like a general tendency too.
Since we can’t necessarily avoid most stress - especially in our work environments - it’s to our benefit to learn how to deal with it and learn from the examples of those who are already successful.
There are some strategies in common when it comes to managing stress.
Showing gratitude for what they have.
It may sounds jock to you as entrepreneurs can’t be satisfied with anything they are dreamer and they always come up with new new ideas but developing a gratitude practice is a psychologically proven way to reduce stress and maintain a more positive outlook on life. When you have a more positive outlook you are happier and more productive, too. You may not satisfied what you have but showing before the world you lack something is full of stupidity.

They stay positive.
It’s not easy to positive in negative period of time But successful people tend to be those who see opportunities for growth masquerading as failure, and who look for the lessons learned when something goes awry, instead of allowing in what could’ve/should’ve been. Maintaining a positive outlook throughout your life can bring success in your life, It’s a popular and proven stress management tool, stress management tool can free you from all sorts of mental disease and bring success and peace in your life.if negative thoughts puzzle your mind , just filter it with positive thoughts what u did in before . If you find yourself dwelling on something negative, try adding, “But what I can learn from this”. Take negative experience with positive thoughts.

They focus on progress, not perfection.

No one is perfect in this world even mahatma Gandhi was not a full perfect person too , no one in this world is fully perfect personality . Not even the most successful people on the planet are perfect. Richard Branson, for example, has had some well known failures in his time, yet has always been blunt about his belief that you fail quickly, fail big, learn from it, and move on. So everyone do mistakes, everyone fail some certain period of time but winner are those who never give up and accept the failures too.

Self-care or Self love
Self care and self respect is very important for everyone those who wants success otherwise no one can support you if you can’t support yourself. Successful people often have the presence of mind to realize that they must care for their most important asset - themselves - in order to continue to be successful. Prioritize healthy habits like getting enough sleep, limiting caffeine and alcohol, getting proper exercise, and switching off from technology periodically. A truly successful person will strive to find balance to help moderate his stress.

Maintain routines.
Maintain routine sometimes helps you to stick with your goal every time or can say it’s a way to get success. but while making routine we should know the time management and one major cause of stress is the number of decisions we have to make in a day. Every decision from food to hiring and firing decisions weighs on us and causes us stress. Extremely successful people - Don’t want to make decisions about what they are eating or wearing. Because they have too many other decisions to make. They need to focus your decision-making energy. They need to routinize themselves.

Connect with your goal from heart to heart
Give yourself permission to unplug from your work environment, even if it’s just for a few minutes out of the day. sometimes relaxation needed otherwise you can’t survive give at least 1 hour morning time for silence to practice mindfulness meditation. “I’ve found that clearing your mind completely once in a while, allows your subconscious insights to come through. For me, meditation is kind of big medicine.
A proper diet and exercise will boost your mental and physical energy. This is how are you handling the stress of starting, growing, or managing your company?
I hope you find these strategies useful. As always, I am keen to understand how do you manage stress in your life?

PS- This article is mixture of my thought, followed by some others articles in other sites J
