Many people suffer from being rational dreamers. They want to achieve a big dream but hold themselves back by being risk averse. They don't want to disrupt the status and play things safe.
How you can
start a new business when you are new to a business field and you don’t have
any hereditary supports, at that time what you will do –
1)Apply
Trial and error methods -Business success happens largely through trial and
error. And that's where a road map comes in handy
2) Make a future B-plan as per market and demand
of the customers.
3) Approach goal
setting like creating a customized road map to chart your success. Think about
when you take a really long road trip with your friends. Most often, you start
off knowing the destination, but since road trips can be fairly long, making
pit stops along the way is necessary.
4) You’re meeting smaller, more immediate goals that
build on your efforts to reach the final destination.
5) Create a personalized road map for arriving at
your desired destination by setting the following types of
goals: immediate, intermediate and stretch goals.
If your path is like
ordinary then there is less chance to get success in bigger platform but if you
do the same thing in extraordinary way then u may reach at your destination in
perfect time, here’s how it will proceed:
· You'll start out
with a personal road map, and when you find your passion in your personal road
map your journey become more easier , that’s why a successful take that as
passion in which field he/she strong, as per that you'll develop a business
road map.
· You'll plant seeds
to achieve your personal goals and see which ones grow. When you find one
that does, you'll chart a course to follow that growth.
· Should that
growth become a passion, and a business, you'll then plant more seeds
(typically, more calculated ones) within your business, to see which ones
work. This is the start of your business road map.
Don’t be afraid to
aim high. No one can reach at their primary goal in a short time. In your
business, production, marketing, sales and other departments will have to
establish their responsibilities. Budgets will need to be created and adjusted.
Products and services will need to be developed. Sales will need to be made,
and orders fulfilled.
All these activities
are badly necessary to reach your goal. You’ll want to focus on the pieces
of the journey as you build your road map, not just the end goal or the
quickest way to get from point A to B.
All steps will go as
planned. Each new goal will become your next mountain to climb as you
travel the road to your final goal.
So, start by defining
your passions and goals, and you’ll already have the makings of a definitive
plan. And don’t be afraid to give it 100 percent. Once you have set an
intention and a goal, don’t just dream about it, attack it.
Keeping your road clear
Before think about
journey first make sure , which road you are choosing for travelling , There’s
a fine balance between retaining products that fit your market and stubbornly
trying to hold on to ideas, products or marketing strategies that are not
attracting a significant target market.
Sometimes you can
pound a market, but the product will still not work.
That’s why here there

stories of well-known pivots in which companies changed in order to grow:

Flickr was a
role-playing gaming site for several years before emerging as the now-popular
photo-sharing social media site.

selling computer kits to kids before making its own computers and emerging as a
$700 billion business.

Lego started by making wooden ducks. A few years after a fire
burned down its factory, management switched to plastic toys, and what emerged?
The interlocking bricks that spawned a multibillion-dollar business,

more.

Nokia began as a
paper mill and expanded into rubber goods before moving to electronics, and
eventually mobile phones.

Avon
was started by a door-to-door book salesperson who gave away free samples of
perfume. The perfume got better reviews than the books, so he did a pivot and
dumped the books in favor of starting the California Perfume Company, a
precursor of Avon.

Here some ideas are mine , some I collect from different sites . I believe if
there is a will there is a way . there is no shortcut to get something but yes
! which path you have chosen , who are your companies are matter most. Indian
culture says – if a girl talk with boys , means it’s Love or flirting But
western business culture says it’s way to communicate to get the things done , I LOVE TO FOLLOW WESTERN CULTURE SPECIALLY TO MAKE MY DREAMS
TRUE. I don’t care abt gender , I always look after talent , I am also
not saying I am a saint but I believe in loving
one person at one time J no doubt I am single but I believe everything has a perfect time and God has made one perfect person for each and everyone's life , when time'll come u'll gotta know J but when it comes to my dream and career ,
I am more competitive and more enthusiastic. So here I wanna say , don’t be shy , when you
are a girl or women - dream high like to become a successful entrepreneur , Look
at the world and believe good people still exists because I am saying – my all
past life experience (school to 12th board)
was quit good anyone can judge my past life too even ask any of my friend except my
engineering career (Little disturbance period in my whole
23 years of life) but after coming to SRI SRI
UNIVERSITY , I don’t know but
here I am feeling good already completed 23 days ,
don’t know about future but I wanna live in present moment and I feel like my
life will be like this even after 2 years . STAY POSITIVE, as here people are
more ethical J
